Considering network approval and content generation

I'm wondering if I need to ask for user approval to use the network. Our default setting is to get approvals when there's a failure. Maybe I should ask the user to provide details like round and season year if possible.

I could propose generating social post copy or a title with minimal content, maintaining a friendly tone.
